“I picked up my converted 2024 SWB Transporter from Achtung at their showroom/workshop in Geelong in October 2025 and immediately drove home, slowly, to Queensland. I cannot recommend this vehicle, this conversion and this company more highly. Bronwyn went above and beyond, initially helping me source one of the few remaining 24 models in Australia and then guiding me through the selection process of the features I wanted – I wanted them all. Achtung went above and beyond when I threw a major spanner in their highly tuned works when my vehicle was involved in a minor bingle just before it was transported by truck from Brisbane to Geelong. While I was overseas, the team helped send the vehicle to a local smash repairer, co-ordinating their work around the smash repairer’s. They accommodated a little bit of a custom request without hesitation and the quality of the fittings they supply and fit are just fantastic. If you are thinking about a similar vehicle to mine, I can only say, “Do It”. You not only won’t regret it, it will give you an incredible sense of freedom and fun. The best decision I’ve made in years.”

“We absolutely loved travelling in our new 2024 VW T6.1 custom fitted out camper van on a recent 14,000km Qld trip. We had many, many compliments on our van from other travellers in caravan parks. We then, recently had our 1st free 6month fitout service on our Achtung camper van and also had warranty work and some extra customization completed. The team at Achtung fixed all issues promptly and all of a high workmanship standard. The after sales team was absolutely amazing and always helped promptly with any questions/queries/issues/help we needed whilst travelling on our maiden voyage. Highly recommend Achtung for your new campervan/motorhome for superb quality build and excellent after sales service.”

“We are a couple in our 60s enjoying our new campervan from Achtung, long wheelbase Volkswagon transporter. We have done a couple of short trips, with our dog, and planning a longer one soon. The attention to detail and the products in the fit-out are excellent. The van drives easily. All the extras we ordered work well. Compact but easy to store what we need. The people at Achtung were friendly, and helpful, and kept us up to date with progress. The only problem was the delays getting the van out of the docks and into the workshop (due to COVID-19 and lockdowns etc). It was good to be able to choose elements of the interior to make it ours. Looking forward to many road trips!”

“Achtung fit-out campervans with a wide range of options. These options become your personal selection.
You have within your power, the ability, to select many variations; layout, colours, fabrics, trims, accessories….and the accessory options are wide and varied. In most cases, we were extremely happy with the options. The ONLY feature we requested that was not available was a heat exchange-style hot water system. Having said this, there was a boiler system within the standard options. We have now driven the van on several trips and everything works exactly as expected. The detail of the work is very good.”
