At Achtung Camper, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional campervan service. It is not uncommon knowledge that we do things differently. We go above and beyond to ensure our vans are quality builds with top-of-the-range features and products, and this doesn’t end once you’ve left the building.
We offer three FREE services within the first five years. Each service includes;
- Check/test gas bottle operation (if applicable)
- Check/test diesel appliance operations and plumbing
- Check all 12v electrical accessories and lights
- Check control system readings and calibration (temperature, water, battery levels etc)
- Check all 240v connections (and applicable 240v accessories)
- Check solar operations
- Check smoke alarm
- Check water pump operations and plumbing for leaks
- Check taps/shower operations
- Check the hot water temperature
- Check elevating roof mechanisms including side latches and struts (if applicable)
- Check bed/seat sliding operations (if applicable)
- Check all window and screen mechanisms
- Check external flanges, hatches and penetrations sealing condition
- This is a perishable item so if we deem it required we can cut back and fix the deteriorated seal for an additional charge
- Check side/rear door operations
- Checking any further warranty items of concern
